Leaving the Time Zone Context out of the header of the Update Item does not solve the issue (and from what I understand in Time Zone Context documentation I use it).
I need to use Meeting Time Zone for backward compatibility to Exchange Server 2007 SP1 (for later versions Meeting Time Zone is deprecated and we should use Start Ime Zone/End Time Zone).
Can anyone please help me figure out if this is something that I am doing wrong or if it’s my device that might have an error?
I have noticed that at times when I manually set the time then choose auto time zone, it will change to central time, then change back to eastern when I’m back in eastern time but it does this too seldomly to imply it’s a fix. It's ny understanding that the time zone on your i Phone doesn't update as expected while traveling.
